Winter Wellness Day
Mums! Bring your baby along for some ultimate self-care at our next retreat in February 2025.
With massages, relaxing yoga, fantastic wholesome food and snacks, nannies on hand and even a Q&A session with our founder doctors, it's the perfect chance to connect with other mums and recharge.

Weekend Parents Retreat
Our first retreat is set to be an amazing fun packed day. We are bringing all the professionals to you in one space. We have sleep consultants, mental health specialists, GPs, CPR demonstrators and yogis. Plus we have access to a fantastic spa with a full equipped creche so your little ones are in safe hands whilst you indulge in some self care. Open to both mums and dads we can't wait to see you there.
